Employment & Work Pass Overview

Foreigners who wish to work in Singapore must hold a valid work pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). This requirement applies to all non-citizens and permanent residents, regardless of job role or industry. Having the correct pass ensures both the employer and employee are compliant with Singapore’s strict labour laws.

Different passes are designed for different categories of workers — from professionals and mid-skilled employees to dependants and business owners. Choosing the right pass is critical to avoid application delays, rejections, or breaches of regulations.

Our work pass services cover eligibility checks, document preparation, application submission, renewals, appeals, and cancellations. We guide you through every step to ensure a smooth hiring and employment process.
